Pathologists - Dr Michael Christie

Dr Michael Christie MBBS (1^st Class Honours), FRCPA Michael.Christie@mh.org.au 

Michael graduated in medicine from the University of Queensland in 1999, and worked in clinical medicine for 3 years in Victoria, Tasmania, and New South Wales. He trained in Anatomical Pathology at Southern Health, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Western Hospital and The Royal Women’s Hospital, and become a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia 2008.

Michael is actively involved in teaching medical students from the University of Melbourne, and has a special interest in the molecular biology of cancer.
