Pathologists - Dr Chris Hogan

Dr Chris Hogan MBBS, BSc(Hons), FRCPA chris.hogan@mh.org.au

Dr Chris Hogan has long term sup-specialist interest and expertise in transfusion medicine, with extensive experience in transfusion in settings of massive blood loss and trauma.  Dr Hogan aslso has a special interest in the haemolytic anaemias and their investigation.  Dr Hogan's expertise in the area is well sought, and he is co-chair of the National Haemovigilance Working Group and sits on a number of transfusion committees.  Dr Hogan is also an examiner in Haematology for the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.
