GP Access

The GP Access pages have been developed to assist General Practitioners and Community Service providers to locate and refer their patients to appropriate services within Melbourne Health.

The Community Partnerships Unit provides GP liaison services across Melbourne Health to improve communication between the Health Service and General Practitioners
