Dr Alpha Tsui graduated in medicine from the University of Melbourne in 1995. He underwent training in anatomical pathology at Monash Medical Centre and Frankston Hospital from 1998 to 2002. Alpha joined the Royal Melbourne Hospital for one year as a pathology fellow in 2003 and continued as anatomical pathologist from 2004 onwards. His main interests include neuropathology, cytology and soft tissue pathology. He is a member of The Australian and New Zealand Society for Neuropathology, Soft Tissue Tumour Registry Panel and Australian Society of Cytology. He was a member of the Consultative Council on Anaesthetic Mortality and Morbidity in 2004. He is heavily involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He has recently written a 300-page cytology study guide, officially published through the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. |
