Results Access and Delivery
Melbourne Health Pathology results are available to authorised clincians the following ways:

1. Pathology Results Hotline Results are available to requesting clinicians 24/7 on the Pathology Results Hotline.    Tel (03) 9342 8000

2. Fax Results can be faxed directly to your practice. To arrange this service or to change your details, please contact:     Pathology Information Management

3. Electronic Result Transmission Electronic Result Transmission: your patient's results can be automatically, safely and rapidly downloaded to practice management software via our ERT service provider, HealthLink.   Sign me up to ERT  Change my ERT existing details

4. Web-based CIS Users of the service can access results via the web-based results viewing system, Clinical Information System (CIS).    Click to enter          Apply for CIS access   CIS helpdesk

5. Post In the absence of any other delivery system, hard copy results will be automatically sent to your practice in the mail.

Pathology staff will ring through all critically abnormal results to an authorised individual at the location of the patient.   The critical result reporting procedure
