The Melbourne Health Consumer Panel was launched in late 2004, and offers any member of the public the opportunity to provide feedback on services. A total of 35 people have joined the panel and taken part in a number of focus groups, projects and committees. Panel members were recently involved in the development of the RMH Service Plan to identify future service delivery that best meets the needs of the community.
