The Royal Melbourne Hospital - Royal Park Campus has been caring for Victorians for more than 150 years.

Located in Parkville, RMH Royal Park Campus helps adults with disabilities and people facing difficulties associated with ageing. Staff endeavour to meet the needs of people of various ages, abilities and cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Our aim is to enable people to engage in everyday activities as normally and safely as possible. RMH Royal Park Campus encourages patients, their families and carers to become involved in every aspect of patient care.
RMH Royal Park Campus provides specialist services to inpatients, outpatients community outreach programs and residential care.
RMH Royal Park Campus employs a wide range of professionals including physiotherapists, consultant specialists, speech pathologists, nurses, occupational therapists, case managers, doctors, pharmacists, social workers, podiatrists, dietitians, psychologists, prosthetists (artificial limb therapists) and support staff. We also have a dedicated team of volunteers.

Most services require a referral and assessment prior to admission.
General Information
People come to RMH Royal Park Campus from acute hospitals or directly from the community, after they have been assessed as requiring further treatment in an aged care or rehabilitation facility.
A person admitted to RMH Royal Park Campus inpatient services can elect to be a public or private patient.
RMH Royal Park Campus is also involved in teaching and research. It has strong links to the University of Melbourne, La Trobe University, the National Ageing Research Institute and Kangan TAFE.
