After the success of the inaugural combined meeting in 2009, this year, there will be concurrent one day meetings held for nurses and psycho-oncologists looking at multidisciplinary areas of prostate cancer diagnosis and management. These meetings will be convened by Urology NP Helen Crowe, Urology Nurse Consultant Emma Birch and Clinical Psychologist Addie Wootten (pictured). The meeting includes individual sessions, combined plenary sessions, and an interactive workshop for both nurses and psycho-oncologists tackling the clinically difficult topic of “Talking about Sex”. International keynote speakers include:

• Professor Suzanne Chambers, Director of Research, Cancer Council Queensland

An exciting new addition this year will be a breakfast Q&A with Dr John Mulhall on Thursday 12 August. Dr Mulhall, who is a urologist, Director Male Sexual & Reproductive Medicine Program & Director Sexual Medicine Research Laboratory, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York, returns this year following his very popular keynote address in 2009.
