About us
The Direct Access Unit (DAU) provides a central point of referral into Melbourne Health's Community Services.
The care coordinators and administrative staff at DAU manage referrals from both acute wards & primary care providers and ensure that patients are provided with necessary information and linked with the most appropriate community programs.
