The Royal Melbourne Hospital acknowledges the traditional owners of the land of which the hospital site is located, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. We are committed to improving the care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.
No one likes coming to hospital. To help you understand why sometimes you might need to visit us – a (short) film for specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients has been developed. We would like to you watch this film starring Jack Charles and Lisa Maza. This was developed as part of Melbourne Health’s acknowledgement of the Closing the Gap Campaign for 2013.
To participate in a focus group about this film, please email your name and contact details to aboriginalhealth@mh.org.au.
