Service performance is reported quarterly to the Western Health Pathology Committee, whom monitor service levels and deliver improvement changes.

  • Over 40 indicators are measured for 9 common pathology tests.
  • Every request is taken into account. 
  • Both urgent and routine performance is measured.
  • Both business hours and after hours performance is measured.
  • Peformance is benchmarked against ACHS standards where available.
