Preceptorship Program
Graduates are well supported by our team of qualified preceptors specifically trained to understand and respond to the needs of the newly registered nurse. In addition, every acute inpatient unit has a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Educator.
A graduate nurse appraisal tool has been designed to assist the graduate to achieve his or her own learning needs. Generous orientation and supernumerary time is allocated to each rotation.
