Pathology Data Retrieval Services

Pathology can provide data to support operational, quality assurance and research activities. Permission for data access is subject to pathology approval. For quality assurance and research purposes, Human Research and Ethics Committee (low risk) approval is also a requirement. Data used outside of Melbourne Health and Western Health will be de-indentified. Applications for Data Retrieval attract a minimum fee of $155. This may vary with the complexity of the data required. Applications can be submitted via the following form.
