Confirmation of registration:
You are not regsitered for a workshop until you receive a Confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 5 working days please contact us.
The MHTDU processes the registration details and provides a confirmation letter via email or fax to the participant within 1-5 days (this period may be longer at the begging of each Calendar year due to an overwhelming amoun of registrations). The confirmation letter provides details regarding workshop Venue, Start/Finish Times, Catering and Parking/Transport Information.

If the workshop is already fully booked, the MHTDU will notify the applicant and will be placed on the waiting list. The applicant will be contacted if a position becomes available.

Cancellation Policy:
The MHTDU has a strict policy with regard to changes or cancellations to registrations. An administration fee of up to 50% of the course fee will apply to all cancellations made within 7 days prior to the workshop day. Name changes to the registration can be made up until the day prior to the workshop.

The MHTDU welcomes enquiries and requests for assistance. Our training consultants can assist in the identification of organisational training needs and the development of training processes.
